Very very bad service!

Bought parts from them, One of them was wrong, called them up and they told me to send part back, write an email, including picture of the right part, which i did. Till now no reply to my mail, or even anyone calling me back to arrange delivery of the new part. Tried calling for three days now, yet no answer, what is one suppose to do now??
