Terrible customer service

I have purchased from these guys before and the service was absolutely great however this time I have mailed them a week ago for my quote and I have not received a response I then called this morning and go given a number to WhatsApp out of which the entire day my messages were read and now responded to. I am highly disappointed because it’s been just over a week and there is no response of service from them whatsoever.
