Steer clear of these *******

It's been over 1 month since I placed my online order. Although they state 2-7 business days to process orders, I'm yet to receive my order. I've phoned and emailed them a number of times, and each time they promise me that the order is about to be shipped. I'm about to commence legal proceedings, and would warn anybody considering to do business with this company to steer clear no matter how cheap the prices appear.
