Sold returned broken product, with no refund

I was a frequent customer, until I bought a door handler for my car, that unit broke in my hands after stepping out of the shop, package looks like a returned product, when I returned it ask for refund, I was told I must sort myself out, it broke on my hands im responsible for it.......apart from being disappointed they have lost a customer.....no wonder they don't have customers.....only negative reviews I see on this platform.....this is really a useless company, that colored sale old man, rude as he'll.....that black security really really bad, I wonder who owning this company.....if you want car part don't go there , I repeat don't buy there you will regret
