Refund not paid over 2 months.

I bought parts from this shop on 16 September 2023, the parts were not delivered and were apparently unavailable from the supplier. I was advised to get a refund, which I did. I have been following up with Boss Auto Spares since October until now, they keep on saying they have emailed accounts.
