Refund

I placed an order online on the 06/06/2022 and Phoned them the next day and they told me that they have received my payment and that they will order the part for me and i can come and collect it the next day, when i phoned them the next day, they said that they will still order the part for me and i said i want a refund and they said they will refund me the money but today is the 15/06/2022 and their is still no refund i will never use them again, this isn't the fist time i had a problem with them.
