Poor Service

On 15 July 2021 I spoke to a salesman by the name of David regarding a part that I would like to buy form them and he gave me a price of R2426.00 and I immediatly made an EFT payment for that. I also send them pictures of what the part looks like so that they can send me the correct part. On the 22 July 2021 I contacted them to find out when I will receive the part and they told me that they no longer have the part they had to send to me but they can get me another part but it will cost me an extra R504.00 which I also made an EFT for . So on the 23 July I received the part which I discovered it is not correct and I immediately contacted them to advise them that it is incorrect which in turn a lady from Boss Auto by the name of Shekeera made arrangements for the part to be collected by the couriers to go back. They did not contact us again and we followed up on the 29 July 2021 about the refund to which Shereeka requested our banking details and advised that it will take about 3 days to process the refund. We are still waiting and no refund has been done. Will I ever do business with them? absolutely not !! Service is non existent as they do not ever get back to you about anything.
