Poor service delivery

Poor service & communication service... I went to the shop& order moto wiper after driving 30km in monday, charged R810 fpr the part & was informed it will be delivered the next day. Due to work hours i only went on friday, to my surprise the order was never placed, the price has changed to R1040...no one call me about changes. They still telling me it will be dlivered ob friday @3pm..left my contact nos & nothing...
