Poor service

What a poor service Boss Auto Spares , I places an order 20 December 2022 online , till today my order is not available when i phone them. It is always the same story online team is not working, the consultant told me straight that they are not communicate about online guy , they are only selling what they have in store, these no escalation process or a person i can call. I need to accept that the online guy are in and can not get my order.
