Poor Service and Possible Online ****

I placed an order on the 28th October 2020 and made immediate payment. Funds went through, I been waiting still. They say delivery takes no more then 7days. I sent emails, no replies. I call and get transferred back and forth. The order on the system is still saying processing. Really feel like I'm being ****med
