Poor service and lies.

I bought a part from Boss auto spares and did not received it. I phoned a few days in a row and ask to speak to the lady in charge of online sales and get told that she will be back the next day, and you phone and get told she will be back the next day. I just want my part as i loose a lot of business not be able to use the vehicle due to there slow service. I was told 6 days and i waited 6 days now i will send them a invoice for the money i lose plus a Lawers letter.
