Poor service

Poor communication from these guys all the way round. Sometimes even bordering on arrogance. After 4 days of continual lies about the availability of a part I had already paid for, I eventually had to cross the length of Jhb just to pick it up for myself from their supplier. This after I had travelled 300 km one way just to get to them. Disastrous service
