Poor Customer Services

I have made a purchase at Boss Auto Spares the 1st time when I ordered my service kit air filter was wrong I had to buy 1 from a spares out of my pocket I did then sent an email to inform them about the wrong air filter they have sent. So I made another purchase on the 14th of December but before I placed that order I spoke to 1 of there members to inform them of that air filter that wad wrong the last time I sent my VIN number with the make of the cat again and yet another wrong air filter I sent numerous emails to them numerous phone calls I don't get any feedback from them and today another payment went off to them This is bad bad bad customer service I'm sorry to say but I will never purchase again from them I just want my refund now
