Poor customer service

I bought a timing chain for Mercedes Benz W204 M271 on 10th December 2023, they have this item in stock, and until now they have not dispatched it. The guy working with online purchases even hung up the call on me because I wanted to understand the delay in dispatching and he had no valid reason for the delay except that I have to wait for 7 working day. for what?!!! They have this item and I paid for delivery but they just treating me like a nobody!! Their service sucks and I won't recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
