Poor after sales service

I ordered a part online with no issues but i requested to change the delivery method from in store collection to door to door delivery. I was notified that it wouldn’t be a problem if i paid in R95.00 for the delivery fee wich i did. Ever since I’ve been trying to contact them via email and their landline with no success. I am dissatisfied with their communication and lack of answering phone calls. Its easy to order from them but getting after sales service ia a big problem.
