Poor

I don’t know it’s good day or bad day I have ordered a part by u guys on the 24th of Feb 2024 and to date I have no feedback. I am really discouraged by the service and no communication. I always prefer boss auto over any other spare shop. In branch Maraisburg very good service all round. I did order an item online 1st I had to fight and send proof of payment up and down which was frustrating. No 2 I’ve send so many WhatsApp’s up and down and feedback I have its minimal. The item I bought isn’t even that big item nothing but vw golf 3 door handle. I don’t know if its not important cause its such a small item am really lost for words with the service. Will I be rather be able to get refunded?
