Pathetic service from Boss Auto Spares, purchase at your own risk.

DO NOT deal with these ****mers in Maraisburg, ordered a part via Watsapp (Theo) 2 weeks ago. Paid on the 16 July 2024 & the very next day informed them that the part was wrong! Requested a refund immediately as I paid for the part & courier to Durban, and all I have received for an answer regarding my refund is they don't know who does the refund & Theo cannot do anything! Like seriously ppl you take money from customers and don't bother to even return calls & yet when I call, all you can do is give pathetic excuses??? Save yourself the burden of dealing with these ppl and DO NOT waste your money as I am still awaiting my refund 2 weeks later! I am still awaiting a return call from the "manager: Sayni or the owner Adhil!

WHO DOES THEIR REFUNDS IN ACCOUNTS? Anyone knows?

Their return policy is 7 days as it states on their website, 14 days later I am still waiting for a refund!
