Pathetic service

The service they give is pathetic. You buy something online they say order complete with a tracking number for the courier and when you phone the courier because you CAN'T get a hold of anybody at (Boss auto spares) that can help you they tell you that nobody has phoned them to collect the parcel.

How can they then supply a tracking number????

Will not be using them again!!
