Paid Online Order Not Delivered for in-Store Collection

Placed an order online on the 18th December for my Renault Clio 4 Clutch Master Cylinder and only received confirmation that my order was received and almost a month no communication. Made follow up only to be told to use the WhatsApp number that is offline and the lady is said to be working from home. No response to emails, this is a ****. This shows that should a customer encounter issues even from parts bought at the store, the customer service will be worse
