Paid for parts but never delivered

I've placed an online order on the 3rd of September 2021 for motor parts, I haven't received a single part from these ******s, no one replies to emails, the phone rings for ages but not picks up, it's almost four weeks, am very agitated at these particular business, they're the epitome of bad service, In my entire life I've never dealt with such a disgrace of a business, they should remove their online store cause it's useless and serves no purpose. There are far better businesses than these jokers, I need to get my R4000 refunded and I will certainly be alerting the consumer commission about these ********.
