NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Purchased a new alternator online in good faith that it was new and in working order (as described). Unfortunately, the alternator overheated on the first short trip - boiled a new battery and almost fried the computer box. Reported and requested support in writing within the specified 24 hours, called, whatsapped and have been thoroughly GHOSTED:-(. A week later, we opened the alternator in a desperate bid to see what was wrong and hopefully get the vehicle back on the road, and were horrified to find the inside of the alternator is not new, and was missing parts! DON'T buy from this company - they are NOT trustworthy:-(
