not receiving my money back from Boss Auto Spares

Hi There I need your help.On the 4 February 2020 I bought motor spare For The Amount Of R 10,743.00 from Boss Auto Spares. About Ten Minutes Later I cancelled the order the next day I sent an email to the same affect to cancel the order. I received an email back from them stating that they received my cancellation but the taking off 20% from the price I have paid and it would take 10 to 15 days before they will transfer it back to my account. Today is the 15 March still have not received the money.I have phoned twice already but it looks like they are not interested in paying me back. Thank You Jennifer De waal
