Not a happy customer

Poor customer service received and long delays on delivery without any updates on orders. Numerous telephonic follow ups as well as email enquiries had to be made to them. When delivery eventually took place I only received 1 of the 3 items ordered another telephonic inquiry was made and was informed that they were delivering these items separately don’t understand why as it was one order with 3 times so should have been one delivery, was advised I will receive an email with what happened with the order after consulting the sales team and no email was received. I have sent another mail and still no feedback. I truly had a bad experience. I’m not a stubborn person but this is seriously bad service and poor customer service not what I expected when placing my order online.
