Not a Boss on service

I've been waiting for my refund on stock claimed to be supp**** but wasn't. Called and spoke to a lady who promised to refund me. Still nothing. Going on to a month now

Even the stuff I received found one of the headlamp holders is defective/broken. No one attends to the phone lines...
