None-existent sales service

Ordered 2 pairs of an item only to have 1 pair delivered. After following up with them and confirming that they still need to ship the other pair, it's been over a month later and still nothing. You can't get a hold of them on the phone as you repeatedly get told to call again in 30 minutes (there's supposedly only ONE online sales guy).

Do not buy from these people as their service is horrible.
