No Response to Resolve issue

I ordered a BMW E90 front control arm suspension kit. It was delivered and when the parts was being installed to my car it was noticed that they sent me 2 Right hand upper control arms instead of a Left and a Right. It is now almost 2 weeks trying to get hold of them to find out what can be done to resolve this issue. They simply just don't bother to reply to my emails. But when I sent them an email when the order was taking long and asked to cancel and get refund they were very quick to respond and send the order the following day. Now I am sitting without a car due to this issue that was clearly an error on their side due to supplying the wrong item.

This is seriously not good.
