No refund from them yet

I ordered a part at boss auto spares on the 2nd of April, it turned out that it was the wrong part, i took the part back and asked for a refund today is the 23rd of april and no refund, please be very careful, every time i phone them Ephraim will tell me that the lady from accounts isn't there and always another excuse, when i phoned them today Ephraim told me the lady isn't in the country.
