No delivery and no response

On 16 may i order goods and make a instant transfer to the account for faster shipping! I had to email them a week and half later to hair wats going on thy reply and say payment have been received and order wil be sent. Now again no reply after i asked where my part. What a hell ***s if you want to do business respond to the customers if you have problems or just remove your self.
