No contact for refund.

Ordered an item from then and got item fast however, it was the wrong item delivered. Was in contact with Shakeera, the manager, but when you trying to finalise the refund, they do not email me back, even when flagging. Don't bother even calling in and being promised a call back because it will never happen if you can get through to them.
