****med by Boss auto spares

I an external fuel pump for E30 bmw, they gave me a wrong one, they promised to get the correct one from the other branch and they never did. when I returned the pump, still in the package, they charged me 20% for the incorrect part they provided. they claim to be specialist in E30 but they are actually not. I feel ****med by them. It was not even for the first time because I bought an intank fuel pump which I had to modify because it was not correct.
