Long wait and NO Service

I ordered parts online exactly 14 days ago. So on Monday (6days after I placed my order) I was told that the order is still in processing, so I decided to cancel the order and buy this part somewhere else. I did not ask for a refund-instead I asked if I could rather choose other parts that come to the same value. I received a response asking me which parts I would like to order and I sent an email with my request. It has been 5 days since I rep**** to them advising which parts I want and NO ONE has had the decency to even respond. Boss auto is a great online store to view items but WARNING... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
