Leading time of 7 days is bull****

I ordered a part online on 24 January 2023, leading time up to 7 working days.

So at first they received the incorrect part from their suppliers, had to re order my parts.

Were supposed to sent with courier yesterday (07/02/2023) according to Norman.

Today I can not get a hold of Norman at all, have left a bunch of messages and no one ever phones me back.

I need this part to be here tomorrow (10/02/2023), this is really bad service, I will never make use of Boss Auto Spares again in my life, and I will tell everyone I know what poor service they give.
