i was surprised after reading these bad reviews

i have been reading the reviews and i was really surprised by the amount of bad reviews. i placed my order with them via their online website after which i called them to confirm the order. they confirmed that they have received the order i then asked how long it would take for my order to be processed the gentleman on the phone informed me that order processing takes 2 to 7 days before they dispatch for the courier. which did surprise me at first. after finalizing the call i received an email confirming my order. so i braced myself for a long waiting period to my surprise i received a notification that my order is out for delivery the following day less than 24hrs. i received my package from the courier and all was in good order the part was correct and fitted with no issues i was overall happy with the service i received but after seeing these bad reviews i might be more careful with them in future
