I bought timing chain for Mercedes-Benz W204 M271 on 10th December 2023

I bought timing chain for Mercedes-Benz W204 M271 on 10th December 2023. I made numërosh follow ups and I was told they haven't dispatched it yet. I spoke to someone in charge of online purchase and he could not give me a valid reason why it has not been dispatched until today. He ended up hanging up on me. I called and spoke to someone else and was told they don't have the item yet. It might be in today or Monday, which contradiicts what the online guy told me. I am being played and their service sucks!!!👎
