Horrific Customer Service

Randburg Branch do yourself a favour and order online. From being given the wrong price and being told an order has been placed from the other branch upon going to pick up the part(door mirror) being told of the price difference and being given a left hand side instead of the right hand side which i specifically asked for and repeated numerous times. To having to take back the mirror and told they would again order a replacement one a day after I had called to tell them it was the wrong side, days later still hasn’t been received and calls are put on hold while they chat away. A full 7 days of back and forth without a car in the world from people working at the shop.
