Staff act like they are playing some sort of game... Zero customer service, manager passes the phone around like he is in a call center (even though they are clearly on one phone) and will not even give his name.

Staff don't have authority to deal with any problems, say only the manager can, then he says only the owner can. And both seem to never be available when there is a problem.

And refuse to refund returns.

Avoid.
