Extremely poor service

I placed an order on the 30th of November 2022 right after order was placed it was immediately canceled on their side. Immediately phoned and it was sorted out. Since then everytime i call to speak to someone in the online department i get no answer or was told that they are out or some story. I phoned again this morning just to get the same thing. They will be back next week. I think it is the worst service ever.
