Extremely Disappointing Service

I had one of the worst experiences with Boss Auto Spares Randburg. I purchased parts using PayJustNow, only to find out they did not fit my vehicle. When I returned the parts, I was told they were out of stock and couldn’t be replaced.

I then requested a refund, but was taken from pillar to post. My calls were ignored, and the lady who initially assisted me hid from me when I visited the store again. It was clear they were trying to avoid resolving the issue.

The matter was only addressed after I contacted PayJustNow support to step in and help.

I do not recommend this business — poor customer service, lack of accountability, and zero professionalism when handling returns or refunds.
