Engine mounting order

I ordered a part online on 18 April 2024 never received my order number. I called and spoke to Ephraim who told me that the part is out of stock and will take between 1 and 2 days for them to receive it. He mentioned to me that the lady handling courier is out of the country so I will have to collect the part myself in Roodepoort. I sent him a text via whattsapp wanting to know if the part has arrived, no response and not taking my calls. There's also no reposnse when you call their land line. Please stay away from them their service is absolutely poor with no regard and respect to customers.
