DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. Service is nonexistent.

Received my order 15 days after placing the order (they promise 5-7 working days). That would have been ok if it had been the correct part but it was not. I notified them that the incorrect part arrived and they said they would dispatch the courier to collect. A week later and nothing was collected so I phoned them again because they don't react to e-mail at all. Two days after the package was collected. Today is another two weeks and a day later and not even a peep from them. I've sent 5 e-mails in total over the past month and all were ignored. Not one update was sent. Phoning them is the only way to get any kind of answer but even then there is not much action. They don't seem too bothered that I am disappointed in their service at all (in fact they come across as rather irritated that I'm calling them out on it). No refund has been offered and no one has made contact. They have my money and I've got nothing to show for it.
