Do not lie to me!!!

It would appear that this company makes a habit of replacing parts in kits with other random parts.

I ordered Golf 4 Tie Rod service kit which they did send me a week after I ordered. Only problem is they replaced the Tie Rodd boots from the kit with CV joint Boot kit outers. Now, when you call and actually manage to get someone on the phone, you are told that Shakeera must authorize replacement of the part that was sent incorrectly. Shakeera may be the Goddess of spares at Boss, but when my money pays for it I demand to get what I paid for. If I am promised that I will be called back, then that is exactly what I expect. There are 2 guys there name Muhammed and Norman who have to dodge all calls and lie on her behalf because nobody ever calls you back
