Disapointing and Dishonest

<p>After placing my order and recieving my parcel, i noted that the one part is clearly secondhand. Upon querying this from the sales person the next morning I just get told, " I didnt have stock, so i bought one out." No explanation is given as to why i was not informed of the secondhand part which i was charged full prive for, no apology was given either. I just get told that he will try to make a plan. Later that afternoon i phone again, as i had recieved no feedback and again i get told he is trying to make a plan. I then ask for a refund of the unit to which he agrees. By the next day i see no refund, so i contact the sales person again. He claims to have forwarded my details to the relevant people to process the refund. I am still waiting for my money back and am at wits end with this level of dishonesty and disapointing service!</p>
