Chevrolet Utility Cables

I made a payment for Chevrolet utility cables, only to find out the cables i was given they were wrong, right now i have been waiting for the refund since last week Tuesday in randburg. Why is it that you do not want to give my refund, when you got your money you got it immediately but to bring it back it takes forever, can you guys please pay me my money
