Bossa Auto Spares in Roodeport and Maraisburg

Bought a Mazda Drifter B2500 Guage for the fuel tank 2WD2***6 on the 8th of April 2024 from Bossa Auto Spares *** Order no #*** eventually received it on the 15Th of April 2004. Tried to fit it but eventually found the part was not for this model so had to get one from a second-hand spares shop for R750 after I had to pay R820 plus transport cost of R110 for the new one. I drove to their office in Randburg from Pretoria only to find out that I must go to their Maraisburg branch to return the part. Drove there and showed the old part plus the incorrect new one to a chap called Ephraim and requested a credit but was told that the lady who does it is not in who would refund me and up to today STILL NO CREDIT ROUND TRIP FROM HOME IN PRETORIA WAS +-160KM Have sent mails on the 26th of April 24 again 6th May 24 and again 8th May 24 to no avail and phoned to no avail How they still do business I do not know
