Hi, we had a Christmas lunch on the 25th at glen marais branch for 9 people. I wish to voice my utter dissapointment with the service we received. this is supposed to be a happy day but all went wrong from staters thru to dessert, some starters was cold and some that was orderd "'mild '' was hot yet we had to eat it because of the time limit and being hungry. mains was a disaster as 1x steak not prepared as asked but she ate it as received also due to time and being hungry ! 1x natchos portion was ice cold and did not even have the extras requisted also the filling that it is served with was non existent 1x eisbein with veg ; veg was cold and eisbein still frozen inside 2x wing portions served ice cold 2 x starters served not as requested, I was warned by friends about service at this branch beforehand but thought it might have been a once off, i should have listened. a day that was supposed to be merry with family turned out a dissaster ! Never Again !!
