Boss Auto Spares poor service!

To those who wish to make use of the poor service by Boss auto spares, I would advise you to steer clear, they can be found on the Pay Just Now store list.

I have placed a order on the 20th of November 2023 and still haven't recieved it. I spoke to a guy named Ephrain who has notified me on several occasions that he would personally over see that my part would be shipped but still no joy, I have asked to speak to the manager and he never answers (always busy)

I have phoned them today once again after lots of airtime being waisted requesting a refund as I don't want a the part anymore, Ephrain again said that he is trying to get hold of the accounts department and will call me back and this still hasn't happened.

This is *****! Poor service delivery!
