I was looking for an item. They sell products online, their own site and BOB. On BOB they say they have stock available but when buying on their own site and wanting to collect, they didn't have the items. I passed their collection address, checking in to see if I could collect my order before receiving a collection notification but they didn't have even 1 of 5 they advertise as having.
