Boss Auto Spares bad service

I bought parts(headlamp ballast+belly pan) for my Mk6 gti and made a payment on September the 10th 2020. I waited 3weeks full before receiving my parts only to findout the sent 1 wrong part(headlamp ballast for bmw x6) .I sent them a detailed emails with pictures stating that they sent me a wrong part and the was response, made several calls and was always re-directed to online sales. I went to courier company which they used to send me the parts and I paid them to send the part back. Then a lady sent me an email apologizing for their unbearable service and she told me they gonna send a courier to collect the part(the part which I already sent to them). After that I wrote several emails and made several phone calls nothing positive came out. I don't have a part or my money. I can't buy the part from anywhere else since I m not sure about Boss Auto is still gonna supply me with the part. All I want now is money back and nothing to do with people ever again.
