Boss auto spares

Never came across such poor service as Boss Auto Spares Maraisburg. Returned part 23rd December of R1799 credit department as per cashier was closed and will be available 2nd January till now I have not received my refund.called the store multiple times there's no help no manager,no credit department to talk to they just transfer you to the cashier .sent emails no reply . chatting with the cashier on WhatsApp that says he submitted my refund but stopped replying to me as I have not received my refund till now.
