BOSS AUTO SPARES

I ordered parts online and paid them immediately but at boss auto spares they said thy ddnt get my money I contacted my bank and the bank confirmed that Boss auto received my money, I even provided proof of payment and wen I contacted them thy start lying that they have one person who deals with refund n she is sick, wen I caled again to enquire about something they told me she was on lunch and thy drop my calls.. now no one is picking my calls again
